大草原の小さな家(Little house in the prairie)

久しぶりにキャンプを作って遊びました。今回はずっと大好きなドラマ「大草原の小さな家」を真似しています。アメリカが舞台のドラマなので、アパラチアの雰囲気にも、とても合っていると思います。自分と同じようにあのドラマ好きな人がいたら嬉しいです。

For the first time in a while, I made a camp and played. This time I am imitating my favorite drama “Little house on the prairie”. I think it matches the atmosphere of Appalachia well with the American drama. I would be happy if there is someone like me who likes that drama.

【大草原の小さな家キャンプ(Little house in the prairie camp)】

敷地を遠くから見た風景はこんな感じです。

This is the view of the site from a distance.大きな畑が広がった場所に建てました。本当は平地がいいけど山岳地帯のアパラチアでは中々見つかりません。

It was built in a place with a large field. I prefer flat land, but it’s hard to find in Appalachia, which is a mountainous area.

訪問者に気づいて欲しいので、カッコ悪くても「LITTLE HOUSE OF THE PRAIRIE」って書きました。本当にあのドラマ大好きです。

I wrote “Little House of the Prairie” even if it wasn’t cool because I wanted visitors to notice. I really love that drama.

重要なシーンでは、いつも出てくる家族団らんのダイニングです。

This is a family dining that always appears in important scenes.インガルス一家はお酒を飲まないけど、食事場面を作るのにビールジョッキが向いていました。

The Ingalls didn’t drink, but beer mugs were good for making food scenes.

長女のメアリーと次女ローラが寝るロフト部分です。

It is the loft where Mary and Laura sleep.本当はダブルベットに二人並んで寝ているのですが、今回は2段ベッドにしました。

Actually, two people are sleeping together in a double bed, but this time I chose a bunk bed.

家畜を飼ったり、一人になりたい時に来る納屋です。

It is a barn that comes when you want to raise livestock or be alone.家族と一緒に過ごすことはとても重要なことですが、少し離れて一人の時間が欲しくなる時もありますよね？あの気持ち凄くわかります。

It’s very important to spend time with your family, but sometimes you want to spend some time alone, right? I really understand that feeling.

馬がないので、牛を配置しました。

Because there is no horse, so put the cow.

週末のピクニックも印象に残るシーンなので取り入れてみました。

The picnic on the weekend is a memorable scene, so I took it in.自分はキャンプアイデアも特にないし、上手くないけど今回のキャンプとても気に入りました。ゲームキャラでない自分自身は、身体が弱いので農業はできません。なので、田舎暮らしへの憧れも強いのです。

I don’t have any camp ideas and I’m not good at it, but I really like this camp. I am not a game character, so I cannot farm because I am weak. So I have a strong desire to live in the country.

【ドラマ大草原の小さな家について(Drama About the Little House on the Prairie)】

自分が生まれる前の1974年に始まったドラマで、1982年まで続いた大作ドラマです。日本では、このドラマの影響で「北の国から」も作られたんだと思います。凄く長いドラマですが、ストーリーに古さを感じる事なく人間の普遍的な悩みや人生がテーマでとても面白いです。

It is a drama which started in 1974 before I was born, and it is a big drama which continued until 1982. In Japan, I think this drama influenced the creation of “from a northern country”. It’s a very long drama, but it’s very interesting because the story doesn’t feel old, and the theme is universal human worries and life.
